Set your sacred space
Take the time to set your space. Whether that’s getting comfy in your bed, lighting a candle, smoke cleanse, or drawing a bath. Do whatever makes you feel like you are entering a safe and sacred space. (This also means limiting your distractions and having the space completely to yourself).
recite the incantation
Set your intention, and recite the incantation below three times out loud (or as many times as you’d like) while holding your intention.
Listen to the Guided Journey
Get comfortable (either laying down or sitting up) and listen to the guided journey below. I suggest listening with headphones so you can get super deep into the practice.
Journal
Grab your journey and jot down what came through for you. You can use these journal prompts so get you started:
What wanted to be seen and released during this full moon?
Was it mine, or someone else’s?
What has holding onto this done for me?
What do I have space for now that it’s released?
How did I see myself before and after this release?
What are the lessons I can take with me as I move into this next cycle?
